There is no need for any installation. The fall alarm will then be pre-configured and sent out by courier. When received it only needs to be turned on – so no set up required!
If you have a pacemaker we don’t advise you to wear around your neck. Please only attach to a belt clip or keyring. This device must not be worn within 25cm of your pacemaker.

All fall and SOS alerts are routed directly to 3 nominated emergency contacts. You choose the order of these contacts when filling in your application form. Allowing you to speak directly to our dedicated team through the device when you need help. The call will always go to the first person on the list, if there is no response it will move to the second, then the third, this process will repeat until the call is successfully answered. As soon as an alert is raised, the relevant circle of care in the Isaac app will receive a notification through to their phone, along with a phone call if they are one of your 3 nominated emergency contacts.
